What’s new in the zoo?

We are super excited to officially start our new programs. They include the Ladies Only class, Sweat Sessions, and structured Open Gym sessions. We are also launching a “Once Off, One-on-One” PT session with one of our coaches. More on that later…

If your package allows it, come and try out these new programs and see what the hype is all about. Maybe it might compliment your own training program, or it might be something that one of your family members might be interested in. If you want to attend a session, but your package does not currently allow it, March will be on us! Thereafter you may choose to upgrade your package with ease, just let us know!

Ladies Only Class: Tue & Thur 10:00
Sweat Session: Mon, Wed & Fri 10:00
Open Gym: 08:00-09:00, 11:00-15:30
One-on-One PT: Per Booking
